Customer Service Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

We’re seeking part-time and full- time Customer Service Coordinators to join our team in Sittingbourne. These are hybrid roles, with the flexibility to work from home.
These roles are maternity cover, fixed term contracts up to 12 months.
Hours are: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time (17 hours per week).

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be expected to provide outstanding service to customers in all areas of your role. You will be the pivotal point of communication between the Customer and Knauf to ensure all Customer requirements are satisfied. You will be required to work closely within the team and with our customers to show all the elements of the Knauf values in every aspect of what you do on the team using your strong working knowledge of the company and the processes and procedure in place.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails and contact from customers and provide them with the correct information.
- To be the pivotal point of communication between the Customer and Knauf to ensure that all Customer requirements are satisfied.
- Achievement of individual and department performance standards
- To maintain high levels of service delivery by processing Customer Orders accurately to ensure goods are provided as required.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other company departments and haulers.
- Meet call handling standards as set by the company.
- Professional interactions with Customers
- Accurate and timely processing of orders
- Take ownership and resolve Customer issues within set parameters.
- Development of personable and professional relationships with all internal and external Customers and support functions
What we'd love for you to have:
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working within a Customer Service focused role is essential.
- Ability and desire to deliver exceptional levels of service with high levels of attention to detail.
