Product Data and Document Controller

We are looking for a Product Data and Document Controller, working 37.5 hours per week to support our innovative Marketing and Technical teams! We’re a flexible employer, offering the opportunity to work both from home & our Sittingbourne office.

What you'll be doing:
Product Data & Documentation Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to create key documents such as Declaration of Performances (DoPs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Ensure all documents are reviewed and signed off by the Product and Technical Teams before publishing.
- Manage the placement of approved documents across appropriate platforms, ensuring accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creation of product codes and keys within the SAP system, including subsequent housekeeping for those attributes under the remit of the Product Team.
Data Management & Industry Platforms:
- Oversee and maintain data sets on industry specification platforms such as NBS and customer portals.
• Coordinate all documents, data sets, and links across the tool, including management of change documentation and processes.
• Ensure all technical and marketing data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legislative and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain product performance dashboards for the Product Management Team, providing insights into product performance and trends.
• Annually manage the internal pricing program (Libra) to ensure relationships are correctly set across Knauf business units.
Compliance & Audit:
- Contribute to the data sets contained within the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) submissions.
• Create and maintain a product data audit and roadmap to completion.
• Work closely with the Technical Advocacy Director to ensure compliance with legislative requirements in terms of marketing and technical data storage.
Insights & Communication:
- Inform the business of customer requirements for data (current and future) through insights activity.
• Notify Marketing Communications of any changes to data that require customer correspondence.
